Create devices & tokens
In the web app, create employees and devices, then generate an Agent Token for each PC.
Install the Windows agent
Copy DesktopMonitoringAgent.exe + agentconfig.json to each machine and
register it in Task Scheduler or as a service.

Log in to the dashboard to see activity, backups, and live screens, and trigger remote actions when needed.

- Does the agent record keystrokes or webcam?
- No. The default agent only captures active apps, window titles, idle status, metrics, screenshots for screen share, and selected file backups.
- Which Windows versions are supported?
- We provide builds for Windows 7, 8.1, 10, and 11 (64‑bit). Some advanced features may require Windows 10+.
- Can I host this on‑premise?
- Yes. The backend is a Laravel application with MySQL and can be deployed on your own infrastructure or used as a managed SaaS.
- How are backups stored?
- Files are uploaded over HTTPS to your server and stored under a structured device/employee path with metadata for easy browsing and export.
